Overview:
The Information Resources Group at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) is seeking an Undergraduate Hourly or Graduate Hourly with programming experience to assist in designing, implementing and testing a Web-based database interface for the maintenance of NCSA and TeraGrid Account Management and Accounting information.
Primary responsibilities will include code development and debugging of a large-scale Web-based database application.
Qualifications Required:
- Knowledge of HTML
- General Web Programming experience
Recommended:
- Knowledge of the Perl programming language
- Experience with Relational Databases (Sybase preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with UNIX
- Familiarity with CVS
