Most meeting events will be held at the NCSA Building on the Urbana-Champaign campus of the University of Illinois, 1205 W. Clark St., Urbana.

What is the closest airport?
Willard Airport (CMI) is the closest commercial location. Willard is owned and operated by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
The Holiday Inn (217-328-7900) offers free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Willard Airport.
If a hotel shuttle or cab is unavailable, NCSA can provide transportation from Willard Airport. Call Susan Vinson-Olson at 217-333-1163 or, after standard business hours, call Brian Kucic at 217-377-4238.

Parking
Some metered parking is available on Clark Street and in the parking garage, both directly in front (north) of the NCSA Building.
Please note that Clark Street is one-way (west to east) in front of the NCSA Building.
Accommodations
A block of rooms is available at The Holiday Inn, 1001 Killarney St., Urbana. Single rooms are available for $75/night, doubles $85/night. To reserve a room in the block, call 217-328-7900 and mention that your reservation is for the "PSP Annual Meeting." You must reserve by phone, not online, to receive the discounted room rate.
The Holiday Inn offers free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Willard Airport.

Internet Access
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the NCSA Building, but a log-in and password are required to access NCSA's wireless network. Please request a password on the event registration form.
Dining and Entertainment
There are myriad dining options in Urbana-Champaign. If you walk a few from the NCSA Building to downtown Champaign, you can find Chinese, Thai, fusion and sushi restaurants; coffee shops and a bakery; bars offering burgers, pizza, sandwiches, salads and munchies; a traditional Italian restaurant and an Italian wine bar; a late-night diner; and a fine-dining steak-and-seafood restaurant.
The Champaign County Conventions and Visitors Bureau provides information on things to do and see in Urbana-Champaign. The local arts organization 40 North/88 West also lists local music, theater, and arts happenings. The Krannert Center for the Performing Arts offers a variety of musical and theatrical entertainment.
