This index to user-oriented information on the NCSA webserver is
organized according to these principles:

Entries are alphabetized word-by-word, meaning that the information is
sorted up until the end of the first word with the second word used
only if necessary. Thus:
- New Hampshire
- New York
- Newark

Entries that start with special characters are first sorted by the
first alphabetical character after the special character. Within
the listing for each letter A-Z entries with special characters
are listed first in the section
in this order: hyphens ( - ), underscores ( _ ), periods/dots ( . ).
Thus:
- -LNO MIPSpro compiler flag
- .login file
- logging on
- Capitalization is significant, with capital letters sorting first.
