SGI Project Initialization

Description:
This is a patch that was added because the function calls for setting up the project group on IRIX machines was incorrect. The exact fix for this was debated alot on the ssh maillist. Below is the patch from the original author of the SGI project function. This patch will most likely be added in the next release (1.2.27) of SSH.
