Static Linking

Description:
This is a patch that was added so that the binaries could be statically linked.

Configure options added:

--with-static-linking

Requirements:
Once the patch is applied autoconf will need to be run to create a new configure script. Autoconf will also need to be run in the gmp-2.0.2-ssh-2 direcctory.
