Description of the patch.
This includes any additional options, libraries, etc., that may be needed
when using the patch.
The patch itself or a URL to the patch page.
What version of SSH that the patch was diffed from (otherwise I'll assume it is the latest version).
Contact information (I assume the contact is whoever submitted the patch).
