This presentation kicks off a monthly series of seminars on cyberinfrastructure
topics. This seminar will provide an overview
of what Cyberinfrastructure is, its current status, and plans for the future.
This seminar will
be presented live from both NCSA and SDSC and remotely via the Access Grid
at NCSA.
The Cyberinfrastructure Seminar Series is a set of presentations
on high performance computing and related research organized by the NCSA and
SDSC training coordinators. Typically, the seminars are presented on Tuesday
afternoons and are available onsite at the presenting institution and remotely
via the Access Grid. The venue for the Cyberinfrastructure Seminar Series is
